I’ve used Lone Star Blinds and Shutters in two of our homes in the past 10 years. I would like to share with you that I was never disappointed. We had 5 windows of various sizes and shapes that we wanted to have wood shutters installed. Jancie came out on March 2 and measured and provided an estimate. We accepted the estimate and an approximate delilvery date of 8 weeks was given. The shutters were ready within this time frame. The installer was prompt and professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company again.

In 2012, Lone Star Blinds did almost our entire house with plantation shutters. Due to moving costs at the time, we were unable to do the entire house. In a timely manner, Janice came out to give us a quote. They did everything they promised and on time. They did an excellent job and we have never had any problems with any of our shutters. Janice came out again today to measure and give us a quote for the remaining shutters and there was no hesitation about proceeding with the job. I found Lone Star Blinds and Janice Everly on Angie’s List.  They had really great reviews and I finally called her up to come out and give an estimate for placing wood Plantation shutters throughout the house.  After getting three different estimates, I decided to go with Lone Star Blinds. I first ordered shutters just for the front street facing portion of the house, but then realized how wonderful they looked, and later I ended up getting shutters for the whole house.  I am very happy with them.  Janice is very nice, and understanding and patient.  For just a fraction of cost more, I ordered wood shutters made here in USA, rather than overseas.  That made me happy also.  The whole process was smooth and I am very satisfied.

We really enjoyed our experience with Lone Star Blinds!  Janice was very responsive and scheduled our in home consultation immediately and even came back a second time to help with final color selection.  Our blinds were installed about two weeks after we placed our order (even though we ordered Thanksgiving week)!  The installation with Doug was fantastic- he was prompt and did an excellent job with the installation and answered all of our questions.  We highly recommend Lone Star Blinds & Shutters!
